Rylo AI Systems provides AI automation consulting and system implementation services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for individual engagements are defined in separate service agreements or statements of work executed between the Company and the client.

Payment terms for consulting services are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. For monthly retainer arrangements, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Boone County, Kentucky.
